Please note that merchandise you purchase using this plan will not be
placed on hold until your initial deposit is received. Down payments
and monthly installments are agreed between the customer and
JeweledLuv on an individual basis.
The customer agrees to make weekly, bi-weekly or monthly installment
payments over a 30, 60 days plan. The merchant holds the items so
that others can't purchase them, but the seller won't ship item or items
until the purchase is paid in full. If payment can not be made on time,
please contact us with your expected payment date. Contact must be
made from you within 14 days of missed payment, if not we will assume
that you no longer want to purchase the item on layaway and all
payments made will be forfeited, the merchandise is returned to inventory.
If layaway is cancelled all payments are forfeited also.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
What do I do if item arrives damaged or Seller misrepresented the item?
If item arrives damaged, please convo seller with what the damage is, and a picture or two of the broken item, the box it came in and the outside packaging. We will contact you within 24 hours with furhter instructions.
Seller Misrepresented item:
Contact seller immediately after delivery of package. Let us know how it was misrepresented. We will review and contact you within 24 hours with instructions.
We do not refund for any of the following reasons:
a) Buyers remorse
b) Improper size or fit (unless we misrepresented the size)
c) Shipping to you or return postage
d) If covered
